One of the easiest, low maintenance and most rewarding crops to grow, garlic is planted in the Fall, fertilized in the Spring, and harvested in the Summer.
For the new grower, garlic is a must try. There are several stages where garlic can be harvests - the leaves, the scapes and the bulb. Or the flowers if you decide to bypass digging up your bulbs. Maybe is your year to try growing garlic if you haven't in the past... what are you waiting for!
