We've found that capturing this flavour in this stage and creating a powder that can be kept in the fridge or freezer is the best way to make the summer garlic magic last through the year.
A little goes a long way with this bright little 1.5 oz jar! Try our favourite ways of using this garlic powder - buttered toast with a dusting of garlic powder for a quick hack "faux" garlic bread. Or use a pinch or teaspoon in stir-fry, soups or roasting to eliminate the need to chop or mince garlic. Add easily to marinades or salad dressings that require chopped or minced garlic. Dust on eggs for a bright garlicky flavoured morning.
